kristi uranga (me) has been a professional graphic designer for over 10 years. wow. that's a long time. after graduating from penn state university with a bachelor's degree in advertising, i somehow landed in the wonderful, black and white world of newspaper – the fabulous las vegas review journal.

when i realized i was staring for hours on end at my box of 64 crayolas, i decided it was time to add some color back into my life as a designer. so, I moved to san diego, and began working for futuregraphx, a small design studio, and then as an art director at gavin & gavin advertising.

currently, I live in los angeles, and am the owner of this independent design company (mom, aren't you proud?). and my first child, daniel joshua, is almost 2!

i am drawn to simple, clean, fresh design. if you haven't noticed, i have a rubber duck to represent this company.

and no, i don't sell soap, stop asking me.
